Troubleshoot alexa not connecting to wifi

Amazon Alexa is a  smart speaker device which works on strong and steady internet connection.  Echo devices are comes in Manny features like voice interaction commands, music playback, settings alarms,  making lists, streaming podcast, track weather and traffic information etc. The additional feature of amazon Alexa device is it can control smart devices. While users using these devices they can face some problems and issues, so here we discus why Alexa not connecting to WiFi.

. Check your Alexa device is properly connected to the internet or not, so Alexa device cannot do its job properly. The internet problem can be due to hardware issues.

.Restart your modem and router manually then wait for 5 minutes.

.Power off the Alexa and echo enable devices then power on it, then connect it to with WiFi again or you can unplugged the device for 30 seconds.

. Confirm that your WiFi password is correct  or connect with another network.
